Oil and water phases are prepared in the 120 L / 180 L jacketed side tanks(SUS316 inner 4 mm, 300# polish, wave-wheel mixers at 1450 rpm) under electric or steam heat. Both phases are vacuum-fed into the 300 L main pot(SUS316 inner 6 mm, 300# polish, vacuum –0.09 MPa). The frame-type wall-scraping mixer(3 kW, 0–63 rpm VFD, PTFE scraper, two fixed paddles, lip-seal shaft) keeps product moving along the wall while the bottom-center shear homogenizer(5.5 kW, 3000 rpm, SUS316 rotor/stator, mechanical seal) emulsifies the blend. Jacket pressure ≤0.3 MPa handles steam or electric heat(12+9+6 kW). The hydraulic ram(1.5 kW) raises/lowers the elliptical lid. Safety: overload cut-off, jacket over-pressure auto-relief, e-stop. Product discharges via three-way ball valve at the bottom.
