The granulator uses the rotating blade/rotor(stator and rotor interaction) to grind, impact and size the material passing through the stainless-steel screen, producing uniform dry or wet granules at adjustable speeds(200–1400 rpm via variable frequency drive). Low heat generation during operation protects heat-sensitive materials.
