Complete line: Z-elevator + 14-head computer combination weigher + 304 SS support platform + VFFS main machine + output conveyor. Overall workflow: Z-elevator auto-feeds -> 14-head weigher auto-weighs -> material drops into VFFS machine -> output conveyor transports finished bags. Packing speed 30-50 bags/min(depending on weight and material), accuracy +/-1%. Bag dimensions: width 120-300 mm, length 80-400 mm; max film width 620 mm; back-seal bags(corner-gusset standing bag, punched bag optional); film thickness 0.04-0.09 mm; compatible with BOPP/CPP, PET/AL/PE heat-sealable composite films. Total power~7.5 kW; 220V/380V 50/60Hz; total air 0.8 MPa, 0.3 m3/min(compressor >=1 m3 recommended); total height 4.1 m. Main machine: 1600x1300x1790 mm, 600 kg. Key components: Siemens PLC + bilingual touch screen + servo-motor film system; AirTAC pneumatics; Omron intermediate relays.
