Mechanical impact + air-classifier ultrafine grinding: a SUS304 screw feeder(Φ89×220 mm) loads feed(<10 mm) into the SUS304 grinding chamber(16 mm wall,Φ630×350 mm shell). AΦ495 mm 12-blade alloy cutter disc rotating at high speed impacts and shears the material. Entrained particles pass through an integrated air-classifier wheel(5.5 kW VFD motor) that sets the cut-point at 80–250 mesh — coarse particles return to the grinding chamber while fines are conveyed by a 15 kW explosion-proof induced-draft fan through aΦ500 SUS304 cyclone separator(with explosion-proof 2 L rotary airlock for product discharge) and then through a 27-bag anti-static pulse-jet dust collector(6 explosion-proof solenoid pulse valves) to capture residual fines and clean the exhaust. All product-contact zones are SUS304 per GMP requirements; explosion-proof components comply with dust-explosion guidance for grain handling.
