UV-C light at 253.7 nm wavelength penetrates microbial cell membranes and nuclei, destroying nucleic acid(DNA/RNA) molecular bonds and eliminating reproduction capability. UV photon energy is absorbed by DNA bases causing genetic mutation. UV sterilization achieves 99–99.9% effectiveness within 1 second, versus 20–60 minutes for traditional chlorine/ozone methods.

التنظيف والصيانة

Periodically inspect to ensure UV lamps operate normally. Replace UV lamp tubes after continuous use of 9000 hours or one year. When replacing, disconnect the lamp power connector first. Do not touch the quartz glass of new lamps with bare fingers, as fingerprints reduce UV output. Handle lamps carefully during insertion.
