3000L glass lined reactor with jacket. Inner reactor diameter 1600mm, wall thickness 14mm, material Q345R. Design temperature -20 to 200°C, design pressure FV to 0.4MPa. All materials in contact with the reaction medium are enamel(glass lined). Equipped with 5.5kW explosion-proof variable frequency conversion motor, SEW gear reducer, double mechanical seal, anchor-type agitator(85rpm), thermowell pocket, glass lined discharge valve, handhole, seal gaskets, seal clamps, and seal loose flange.
