Jacketed glass-lined reactor: process material is charged into the vessel through the manhole/openings; the anchor-type agitator(ABB motor + Nord reducer) keeps the mass moving along the vessel wall for efficient heat transfer and reaction. Heating or cooling medium(steam, hot oil, brine, glycol, etc.) circulates through the jacket at up to 0.6 MPa to maintain process temperature. The TJ16 glass lining provides acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant contact surfaces. The double mechanical seal prevents process fluid leakage.
