SED-3000FZ-U — Square Cone Mixer - 3000L

The machine consists of a base, drive system, control system, and mixing hopper. After material is loaded and the lid locked, the operator sets blending time and speed and starts the cycle. The hopper sits at 30° to the rotational axis, so material both tumbles with the hopper and slides tangentially along the inner wall, producing strong tumbling and high tangential motion for optimal blending. At the set time, the machine automatically stops in a vertical position for discharge.
