Film auto-fed→ heating zone(top+bottom plates) → vacuum/pressure thermoforming into blisters→ manual product placement(robotic auto-pick optional) → auto Tyvek(dialysis paper) placement→ heat-seal module 80–150 °C(upper mold rises automatically on stop to prevent scorching) → in-line code printing→ punch/cut module(Swiss laser blade, 5 T) → auto cut into individual packs→ scrap auto-wound→ finished product output. Each module independently PLC-controlled with manual/auto switching; chain-type film feed minimises deformation.
