مبدأ العمل
Filled capsules enter the feed hopper via an elevator(or manually). The capsule-dropping mechanism releases capsules one by one, standing them upright in rows and then tipping them horizontal. They enter the capsule-rotation mechanism where they spin circumferentially. The capsule-pushing mechanism accurately transfers rotating capsules to the machine vision inspection zone: the vision system uses multiple mirrors to reflect the rotating capsule omnidirectionally onto high-definition cameras; one photo is taken every 30° of rotation, with 30 channels acquiring images in parallel. Image processing algorithms(traditional CV + deep learning) identify defects. Multiple high-speed FESTO cylinders in the discharge and reject assembly eject defects one-to-one: qualified capsules go to the finished-product drum and defective capsules go to the reject bin.
