When the ON/OFF button is pressed, compressed air enters the vacuum generator and the discharge door closes(pushed by pneumatic cylinder), creating vacuum in the hopper. An airflow draws material from the source container through the hose into the vacuum hopper. After the set feeding time, the compressed air is cut; the vacuum collapses, the discharge gate opens, and material drops into the receiving equipment. Simultaneously, stored compressed air back-flushes the filter for automatic self-cleaning. After the discharge time, the cycle restarts continuously. With material level control, the feeder auto-starts/stops based on the downstream hopper level.

التنظيف والصيانة

Before production: clean hopper and filter. Post-shift cleaning recommended. Filter cleaning: blow out dust with compressed air, rinse with hot water(<=80 C) using soft bristle brush(no hard brush). Air-dry or oven-dry(<=50 C). Only fully dry filters may be reinstalled.
