When the ON/OFF switch is pressed, compressed air enters the vacuum generator(or the motor starts the blower for E variants), the discharge gate is pushed closed by the pneumatic cylinder, and vacuum is created in the hopper. Material is drawn via hose into the vacuum hopper. After the set feeding time, the air supply is cut, the vacuum collapses, the discharge gate opens, and material drops into the receiving equipment. Simultaneously, stored compressed air pulse-back-flushes the filters. After the discharge time, the cycle repeats continuously. With material-level control, the feeder auto-starts/stops based on the downstream hopper level sensor.
