Empty cups are conveyed(auto cup feeder available as option). The cup indexes through a touchscreen-controlled volumetric filling station. A photoelectric sensor tracks cup position. A coding station(HP coder, optional) prints batch codes. The sealing station heat-presses the film onto the cup under intelligent temperature control. A cutting mechanism trims the film. Cups are automatically discharged. Variable-frequency drive regulates line speed.
