مبدأ العمل
Gravity-fed weight-based filling: product flows from an elevated tank through pipes into the drum. An electronic load-cell platform under the drum continuously transmits pressure signals to a weighing controller. As the preset target weight is approached, the controller throttles down the pneumatic valve, then closes it precisely at target. The end-of-fill deceleration logic prevents overshoot and the anti-drip nozzle plus drip tray protect against losses.
