SED-2XG — Automatic Rotary Bottle Capping Machine

Bottles enter the capping zone via conveyor belt. When photoelectric sensors detect a bottle at the designated position, the conveyor pauses. The swing-arm mechanism picks caps from the cap-feeding unit and places them on the bottle mouth; the capping head then rotates to tighten the cap using constant-torque control. Once the required tightness is achieved, the capping head stops automatically. Qualified bottles exit via the conveyor. The servo motor drives the swing-arm with precision; the PLC(Taiwan DELTA) controls the sequence and parameters via a touch screen. The capping system(cap loader, cap feeding channel, and capping head) is customized for each customer's bottle and cap style.
