SED-2VH-E — V-Type Mixer

The 0.04 kW motor drives a deceleration mechanism that rotates the V-shaped asymmetric cylinder at 28 rpm. The two unequal-length cylindrical arms create asymmetric geometry: as the V-junction cycles between the bottom and top positions, material alternately converges and splits between the two arms. Each rotation transfers approximately 25% of material from one arm to the other while simultaneously generating radial flow — resulting in repeated lateral and radial displacement, diffusion, and recombination that achieves highly uniform blending without dead zones, shear, or pulverization. Best loading 0.6 kg(0.8 L working volume, 40% load factor). Inlet and outlet ports bothΦ57 mm.
