مبدأ العمل
The IBC(intermediate bulk container / hopper) is positioned on the lifting trolley and raised to the mixing station. The column drive rotates the hopper on its axis at 3–15 r/min(variable frequency), continuously tumbling the powder/granule content for uniform mixing. A limit switch and proximity switch confirm hopper position. Timer(1–59 min) controls mixing duration. Emergency stop and column indicator alarm provide safety. The hopper is then lowered for product discharge.
