Empty capsules are dispensed one by one into the filling mold. Nitrogen is flushed into each empty capsule and into the hopper. Ground coffee is fed automatically into the hopper by an included vacuum feeder. After filling, the capsule rim is cleaned and nitrogen is flushed a third time. A paper film lid is punched and dispensed onto each filled capsule. Pneumatic heat sealing seals the lid in one press. Finished capsules exit on a conveyor belt.
