SED-2HDFX-A — Twin-Shaft Sorting Machine

Two parallel rollers(65 mm diameter, 900 mm long) are driven by a chain-driven variable-speed motor and gradually diverge along their length. Parts fed by a 300 mm vibratory bowl roll along the gap; smaller heads drop early into the undersize chute, in-spec heads drop in the central good chute, and oversized parts continue to the oversize chute. Vibratory bowl variants A and B additionally pre-sort by length or thread diameter before the parts reach the rollers.
