SED-2GX-A — Fully Automatic Gravity Filling Machine

Liquid flows under gravity and a controlled pressure differential. PLC-controlled filling valves open when a bottle-position sensor detects the bottle at the fill station; the valve closes when the preset fill volume is reached. Supports dive-fill(nozzle submerges before filling), continuous-fill and cycle-fill modes. Low-liquid-level lockout prevents dry runs; replenishment is locked out during active filling to avoid overflow. An auto-calibration function tunes each head to the target volume.
