Bottles are conveyed in-line. Twin powder filling heads use a servo-driven dosing screw(PLC counts revolutions) to dispense powder into each bottle; powder feeder maintains powder level at infinitely adjustable rate. No-bottle-no-fill safety interlock active. Bottles then index to the magnetic single-head capper: turntable picks up caps from the cap sorter and places them on bottles, then a cam lowers the magnetic capper head to screw the cap on tightly. Indexing on a 24-station POM(polyformaldehyde) divider.
