Rotary turntable cycles cups through 4 stations:(1) automatic cup-drop from magazine;(2) servo screw gauge meters and dispenses product;(3) film is fed and vacuum-pulled onto cup mouth;(4) heat-seal forms the lid. PLC + HMI controls the cycle with sensor-based no-cup-no-fill / no-film-no-seal protections and air-pressure detection.
