مبدأ العمل
Materials are poured into the storage hopper, then conveyed via the vibrating feeder to the sorting turntable. The turntable distributes materials into two parallel discharge channels, each equipped with a Keyence fiber-optic sensor head that counts particles as they pass through the infrared light curtain. When the preset count is reached, the discharge fork diverts material flow to the next bottle, completing the counting cycle. A container-detection sensor prevents dispensing if no bottle is present.

Daily cleaning: wipe all surfaces and product-contact parts with a clean dry cloth, alcohol cotton swabs, or a soft brush. For thorough cleaning, disassemble the storage hopper and material-sorting turntable(see Figures 3 and 4 in manual). Avoid splashing water or detergent on electronic components. Clean the light-curtain beam ports with a dry cloth or soft fine-bristled brush; replace the protective cover and reset the sensor after cleaning.
