مبدأ العمل
8 punches and dies uniformly distributed on the rotary turntable perform circular lifting and lowering movements. Upper and lower punches compress simultaneously, allowing air to escape the die holes, improving tablet density uniformity and reducing cracking. A VFD-driven motor drives the turntable at 5-30 r/min; a touchscreen HMI + PLC manages control. Material flow: feeder→ hopper→ die→ upper/lower pressure rollers→ tablet outlet(with vacuum cleaner port). Tablet thickness and fill depth adjusted by handwheels; emergency stop button provided. Lifting rings on top facilitate crane handling.
