12 dies evenly distributed on the turntable; single pressure roller for continuous tablet compression. Variable-frequency motor drives at 5–30 r/min; touchscreen HMI + PLC control(HITECH Taiwan). 304 SS exterior and frame; cast-iron large disc. Material feed path: feeder→ hopper→ die cavities→ upper/lower pressure rollers→ tablet outlet(with dust-collector port). Lifting ring at machine top for crane installation. Tablet thickness and fill depth adjusted by handwheels.
