Original solution is drawn by precision screw push-pull ceramic-plunger metering pump→ dispensed as droplets through syringe outlet→ droplets fall into SUS316 liquid nitrogen vials on a 12-position turntable→ droplets freeze into lyophilized beads→ turntable indexes to next position→ after all beads formed, cover is picked and placed→ vial is removed for downstream lyophilization.
