PVC hard film(or PETG) is unwound by an active-drive feeder under constant tension. The film is heated and formed into blisters; capsules/tablets are filled and any loose particles are swept off by a brush wheel. The PTP aluminum foil web is laminated and heat-sealed by a flat-plate heat-sealing station, then batch-printed and embossed with cut score lines. A servo-driven gripper(with photoelectric register feedback for closed-loop registration) traction system advances the strip, and the punching station cuts finished blisters which are output to the conveyor while waste is recovered. All cam stations on each side are driven by a single shaft to maintain synchronization between stations; the main motor and reducer are rear-mounted with timing-belt drive replacing chain drive.
