مبدأ العمل
Horizontal continuous-transmission cartoner with 18-group continuous multi-pusher chain. Rotary suction-cup carton feeder(3-4 suction cup sets) picks cartons from a 1000-1200 carton magazine. Folded leaflet is pushed ahead of product into each carton slot. Main drive and leaflet folder operate at 140-300 pcs/min with independent overload protection on push mechanism, main drive and leaflet folder. An encoder controls all action timing via touch screen for fast debugging.
