PVC roll is unwound, heated and formed against a flat-plate forming die at lower speed(better deep, sharp blister forming up to 12 mm). The formed web indexes onto a brush feeder that fills tablets/capsules into the cavities. Aluminum foil is laminated on top through the heated sealing rollers(roller-plate cycle for high speed). An embossing station marks lot/expiry; an image-text alignment system(patented cursor matching) auto-aligns front/back foil prints, with auto-correction on foil-roll changes. Optional perforation station scores tear lines. The punching station cuts blisters at 120–150 strokes/min. A robot-pickup station can be added downstream.
