SED-25FZG-T — Square Cabinet Vacuum Dryer

Material is loaded onto SUS304 trays(460x640x45 mm) and stacked on a 25-layer wheeled trolley pushed into the cabinet. The hinged door is closed and sealed with the manual clamp wheel and silicone seal. A vacuum pump pulls the chamber down to -0.096 MPa, lowering the boiling point of solvents in the material. Hot water(or thermal oil) heated by the 96 kW electric tank is circulated by a 1.5 kW pump through the in-cabinet drying rack tubes(phi57 main, phi32 and phi18 exchangers) at controlled temperature. Heat radiates and conducts to the trays and material; vapour evaporates and is continuously pumped out. Temperature is regulated to +/-1.5 C between ambient and 100 C; a DN20 auto pressure relief valve protects the vessel. After the cycle the vacuum is broken and dried product is wheeled out on the trolley.
