SED-25FQ-C is a fully automatic side sealer (L-sealer) designed for high-capacity packing lines. It performs feeding, conveying, bag forming and sealing in a single pass at up to 25 pcs/min, sealing POF films from 0.015
مبدأ العمل
Product on the infeed conveyor is detected by a Panasonic photoelectric sensor, which triggers the Omron PLC. POF film is unwound and folded into a centre-fold web; the side sealer's constant-temperature knife welds the open edge into a continuous tube as the product is carried through. At the trailing end, the vertical sealer drops a Teflon-coated copper-alloy hot-knife to cut and seal the package. Sealing time is precisely set by an Omron delay timer, and temperature is held by an Omron controller. Air-TAC pneumatics drive the cylinders that open/close the seal jaws. The wrapped package then travels into the SED-25RS-C shrink tunnel where heated air(high-power fan + spiral heating element) shrinks the film tightly around the product.
