SED-25EYQW-A — Fully Automatic Two-Component Aerosol Filling Machine

Empty aerosol cans are arranged and pushed onto the line by an explosion-proof can pusher table. They first travel to a two-head high-pressure liquid filler that meters product into each can, then to a single-head two-component charge-and-seal station that simultaneously injects the propellant gas and seals the valve cup. Because the main motion is pneumatic only(no electric motors on the body) and all surrounding electrics are explosion-proof, the line meets the safety requirements for flammable propellants. PLC + HMI on the charge-seal station handles timing and pressure setpoints. Sealed cans roll out onto a collection platform. Stainless-steel + tempered-glass safety enclosures protect operators throughout.
