An operator manually places the product into the in-feed station. Two servo axes pull pre-printed film from the roll(Φ ≤ 350 mm) and form it into a pouch. The product enters the pouch; a moving synchronous heat-seal system on independent guide pillars seals the open edges with uniform temperature. A precision bag cutter separates each pack, which is then conveyed out. PLC + 7-inch touch screen handle parameter setting and sequencing.
