Shrink-sleeve film is fed from a roll on the supply tray, accurately cut to length by a servo-driven knife disc, expanded over the bottle by the mandrel, and dropped onto the moving bottle through a cutting mandrel. Photoelectric sensors detect the bottle and label position; servo-driven label feed and a frequency-controlled conveyor synchronize the operation. A downstream steam shrink tunnel(SED-RS-R) tightens the sleeve onto the container.
