Containers are automatically conveyed on a belt into the sealing station. A roll of plastic composite or aluminium foil film is fed, cut to size(2–3 mm larger than the bottle mouth), and pneumatically heat-pressed onto the container mouth by the sealing head. Excess film waste is automatically ejected. The temperature-controlled sealing head(0–300 °C, ±5 °C accuracy) ensures consistent hermetic seals. A Taiwanese photoelectric sensor tracks containers for precise positioning.
