Dry powder(free water <1.5%) is fed by vertical screw(8-68 rpm) and horizontal screw(20-148 rpm) into compaction wheels(Phi200 mm, 75 mm wide, 3-30 rpm) pressed by hydraulic system(Italian TF oil pump + pressure-holding solenoid valve, German IFM pressure sensor, Bucoma accumulator, 0-25 MPa). Compacted ribbon is broken at 165 rpm and sized through dual granulators(30-144 rpm) with mesh screens. Phi1000-2S vibratory sieve and 15 L recovery trolley collect finished granules. Built-in YZA1.1 negative-pressure chilled water unit eliminates need for external cooling water.
