مبدأ العمل
Bottles travel from a mesh storage conveyor through a separating screw into the wash machine's pickup wheel, which transfers them into equally-spaced clamping jaws. Bottles are inverted 180° via a flipping track so necks point downward. The disc rotates while compressed air rinses the inside and outside of each bottle. After washing, a second flipping track rights the bottles 180° and they exit through an outfeed pickup wheel.
