Material in the hopper is fed through a three-stage vibration system evenly and in order(no overlap) to the 24 detection channel inlets. Infrared photoelectric sensors count each piece as it passes through. After the set quantity is reached, the channel gate and intermediate pre-storage gate cooperate to discharge the dose into the bottle; the bottle-change mechanism then advances to the next bottle. Closed-loop vibration control uses a vibration sensor to continuously monitor vibration frequency; the controller auto-adjusts output frequency to maintain stable vibration, low noise, and smooth transport. Automatic power voltage stabilization prevents production disruption from unstable input voltage. Inlet/outlet photoelectric sensors detect bottle presence and blockage, triggering automatic stop/start.
