Hot air is driven by a low-noise axial fan through a fully enclosed circulation system; the heating element mounted at the top of the air duct heats the circulating air. Adjustable convection-wall louvers distribute airflow evenly across all shelves, achieving ±5 °C temperature uniformity under empty-load conditions. Automatic PID temperature control maintains the set temperature throughout the drying cycle.

Interior corners are all rounded(no dead spots). Wipe down smooth stainless steel inner surfaces with approved cleaning agents. Baking trays and shelf rack(304 SS) can be removed for separate cleaning.
