Circulation system: 2× axial flow fans(1.1 kW each, carbon-steel ring, cast-aluminum impeller, full-copper motor), 2× auto exhaust dampers, 1× auto cool-air system, carbon-steel mesh airflow guide, 20 m high-temperature wiring. Full-automatic PLC control panel: Xinling Electric instruments/touchscreen/thermocouple; Chint contactors/buttons/knobs/overheat protectors/circuit breakers; Inovance VFD; 4× temperature probes(20 m). Room dimensions 2600×1800×2300 mm(L×W×H). Exterior and interior: Shandong Hongji color-coated steel panels; galvanized square-tube welded frame by Tianjin Zhaolida; 5 cm Shandong rock wool insulation; 48× 600×800 mm high-temperature plastic drying trays.
