Horizontal airflow: a long-shaft low-noise centrifugal blower(370 W, multi-wing stainless steel impeller) draws ambient air in from the right side, passes it over the electric heaters, and distributes hot air horizontally across the SUS304 stainless steel working chamber shelves; exhaust exits from the left side. The Yudian dual digital PID controller reads a PT100 RTD temperature sensor and drives SSR(solid state relay) heating elements to maintain set temperature with ±0.5°C accuracy and ≤±1°C fluctuation. The DHC7B timer(100 hours) cuts heating power when the set time is reached, sounding a BZ buzzer alert. Two-stage over-temperature protection:(1) the temperature controller shuts off heating output on deviation;(2) an air-switch prevents overcurrent and short circuits;(3) a fan over-heat protection relay guards the blower.
