PVC/PET base film is unwound and heated, then formed into blisters by vacuum/pressure forming over a mold(max 240×350×60 mm). The heated mold is cooled by tap or recycled water(60 L/h). The filling station deposits product(e.g., yogurt) into the formed blisters. Top film(PET/aluminum/PVC etc.) is heat-sealed onto the base film. A code is printed onto the seal. The punch station cuts individual blisters from the web. Eura servo motor drives film traction via a Taiwan gearbox, achieving 0.01 mm precision; AirTAC pneumatic cylinders execute station motions. Siemens 214 PLC + Kunlun 7" HMI orchestrate the cycle at 12–18 cycles/min.
