مبدأ العمل
Pre-made bags from horizontal bag magazine are picked by a vacuum gripper and transferred to the rotary clamp turret(no-bag alarm if missing). Station 2: zipper opens and date code printed(HP-501 hot coder; ribbon-out detection). Station 3: top + bottom suction cups open the bag(open-bag detection — no fill if not opened); printing applied. Station 4: powder is dosed by auger/linear/cup weigher into the open bag with platform vibration to settle(no-fill detection: no fill→ no heat seal). Station 5: dust cleaning at bag mouth removes powder traces. Station 6: reserved. Station 7: first heat seal with deaeration; heater fault detection. Station 8: second heat seal for fully sealed bag. Servo + VFD-controlled motion ensures synchronized timing. Hoshizawa Orion oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump(KRX5-P-V-03) provides clean suction. Schneider HMI + Fatek PLC orchestrate sequence with operator interface in Chinese or English; OMRON proximity switches and Autonics photo/level/pedal sensors provide feedback.
