Equal-pressure(isobaric) low-temperature filling: cans are pressurized to match the liquid tank, and CO2-saturated beverage flows in by gravity until level is reached, controlled to ±5mm accuracy. 24 filling heads arranged onΦ960mm filling center. After filling, 4 seaming heads seal cans with metal tab tops. Bottle/can transfer via star wheels. PLC + VFD control full sequence. All media-contact valves, tanks, and pipes use stainless steel.
