SED-23RGN-X — Semi-Automatic Single-Tube Ultrasonic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

Operator manually loads an empty tube into a rotary indexing pocket. As the turntable rotates: at the registration station a cylinder descends and a motor rotates the tube to align its color mark; at the filling station the dosing cylinder descends and a piston dispenses product from the liquid reservoir; at the ultrasonic sealing station a clamp cylinder closes the tube tail and the ultrasonic horn fuses it(with embossed batch code); the next station trims the excess tail to the scrap chute; finally the product is ejected and discharged via the finished-product chute. PLC + touchscreen control coordinates each station.
