Film is fed via a motor-controlled unwinding station. Printing is applied by hot-foil stamping. Film is transferred via pneumatic grippers. Ports are preheated then welded into the bag contour at dedicated stations. Filling uses dual-head simultaneous filling hoses with no-bag/mis-position interlocks. CIP(≤85°C) and SIP(≤125°C) sterilize the filling system in-place. Finished bags exit via conveyor belt.
