Composite-film roll is unwound, edge-aligned, and shaped via a forming collar; longitudinal seal jaws form a tube while photoelectric registration tracks marks. Two servo-driven auger fillers dose powder into successive pouches; dual independent jaw stations seal four sides at independently controlled temperatures(±1 °C). Tear-notch cutter, separation knife, vacuum-pump-fed cup opener with retry alarm, and 16-station servo film traction transport pouches through coding(cold-press 13-digit) and discharge to conveyor.
