مبدأ العمل
Powder is loaded into the conical 20 L bowl(manually, by vacuum loader, or by lift loader). A 35°-tilted 4-blade impeller(3 kW, 20-500 rpm) creates a tumbling mass while binder is sprayed in via the pressurized dual-fluid nozzle(60° cone, 0.1-1 mm droplets) from a peristaltic-fed binder tank. Simultaneously, the side-mounted chopper(0.55 kW, 20-2900 rpm) shears agglomerates. The combined action turns the powder into uniform hollow granules while the air-purge protects shaft seals. End-point control determines mix-time; the pneumatic discharge valve at the bowl bottom opens and the impeller sweeps the product into the next station(sizing or drying).
