Dry powder(free-water content <1.5%) passes through four stages without binders or water: pre-compression→ ribbon pressing→ ribbon breaking→ granulation, converting powder into irregular-shaped granules through purely physical compaction. The vertical agitator screw prevents wall-sticking and bridging; the double-helix horizontal feed with vacuum de-aeration eliminates micro-gas-explosion artefacts; water-cooled rollers and a horizontal cooling chamber keep product temperature <40 °C; multi-stage seals with an exposed-shaft drop section prevent material/bearing cross-contamination.
