مبدأ العمل
The double-jacket vessel provides uniform heating via the 6 kW electric heating element in the jacket layer, maintaining the process material at the required temperature. The 0.37 kW wall-and-bottom scraping agitator(60 rpm) continuously wipes the heated inner surfaces to prevent local overheating and ensure homogeneous heat transfer, while the 0.75 kW emulsifying motor(2800 rpm) provides high-shear dispersion of the batch. The vacuum pump evacuates the headspace to remove dissolved gases and enable vacuum-assisted material loading or deaeration of the product.
